Terrance Swann ("Swann") was convicted of two counts of murder1 and one count of robbery,2 the latter as a Class C felony, in Marion Superior Court. He was sentenced to serve consecutive sixty-five year terms for each murder conviction and a concurrent term of eight years for the robbery conviction, for an aggregate sentence of 130 years.
