Charlie Mae Parker pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of marijuana in the first degree. The trial court sentenced her to three years in prison. Before pleading guilty, Parker preserved her right to appeal the denial of her motion to suppress marijuana seized at her residence pursuant to a search warrant.
