¶ 1. Billie Salvador Braziel was found guilty in the Circuit Court of Harrison County, Mississippi, First Judicial District of rape and aggravated assault. Braziel was sentenced to ten years on the rape charge and five years on the aggravated assault charge, to be served consecutively in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
