¶ 1 Barry Vitow appeals the April 29, 2002 order granting summary judgment to Appellees, Jeanne R. Robinson, Herman E. Robinson, Philip E. Hughes, Jr., and Fox Park Corporation ("Fox Corporation"). We affirm.
