Duane Hill appeals the trial court's order denying his motion to set aside the default and the default judgment entered against him in a suit brought by Edward and Arlene Murphy. Because the Murphys did not provide Hill with notice of the hearing on their motion for default judgment, we reverse that portion of the order that refused to set aside the default judgment.
