[¶ 1] The employer, South Portland Housing Authority, appeals from a decision of a hearing officer of the Workers' Compensation Board, granting the employee Marjorie N. Dunson's petitions for award and awarding total incapacity benefits based on the relative contributions of three work-injuries. The hearing officer concluded that because the 1991 injury at Shaw's Supermarkets contributed to only 25% of her total incapacity, Dunson is not entitled...
