¶ 1. Thomas Goodman filed suit against Coast Materials Company, W.C. Fore and Pat Fore a/k/a Pat Fore, III, in the Circuit Court of Harrison County, Mississippi. The circuit court granted summary judgment in favor of the defendants. The court concluded that there was no genuine issue of material fact, thereby entitling the defendants to judgment as a matter of law. Goodman appeals to this Court from that judgment.
