Plaintiff sued defendants, two podiatrists, for malpractice in their treatment of his hammertoe condition.1 The trial court granted summary judgment to defendants on statute of limitations grounds, and we originally affirmed without opinion. Laird v. Stroot, 165 Or.App. 314, 995 P.2d 597 (2000).2 The Supreme Court thereafter allowed plaintiff's petition for review, vacated our decision...
