This is an appeal from the trial court's judgment denying the State's attempt to seize a vehicle owned by Phyllis Gauthier and driven by Duane Gauthier and $353.00 in currency in the possession of Duane Gauthier, under the Seizure and Controlled Dangerous Substances Property Forfeiture Act of 1989, La.R.S. 40:2601 et seq.
