Plaintiff, Patricia Krueger, appeals from an order of the circuit court granting defendant's, Mary Ann Lewis's, motion to dismiss plaintiffs complaint under section 2-615 of the Illinois Code of Civil Procedure (735 ILCS 5/2-615 (West 2000)).
