Plaintiffs appeal a judgment granting the defendant's motion for summary judgment to uphold a dation en paiement by which they conveyed to him their interest in the immovable property of their father's succession and denying their own motion for summary judgment declaring that the dation was an absolute nullity. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
