In November 1998 Wardell L. Ward, the appellant, filed a complaint against his tenant, Doris A. West, the appellee, for failure to pay rent for the months of September 1998 to November 1998. A bench trial was held on March 5, 1999, and the trial court ordered West to pay $700 for rent owed between September 1998 and March 1999. Ward filed two Motions to Amend the Judgment, arguing that he was entitled to $1300 for the same period. The...
