Appellant John Anthony Saenz was convicted of three counts of capital murder and sentenced to three concurrent terms of life imprisonment. On appeal, Saenz argues that the trial court should not have entered three separate judgments and sentences and that by doing so, the trial court violated his double jeopardy rights.
