Defendant pled guilty to attempted disarming of a peace officer, a violation of La. R.S. 14:34.6, for which he received the maximum sentence, and a DWI first offense, a violation of La. R.S. 14:98, for which he received a sentence of six months to run concurrently with the other offense.
