Cornet Larry Beard, Jr., appeals the trial court's order revoking his probation.

On April 14, 2000, Beard pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of marijuana in the second degree, a violation of § 13A-12-214, Ala.Code 1975, and to unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a violation of § 13A-12-211, Ala.Code 1975. Beard was sentenced to one year's imprisonment for the possession-of-marijuana conviction and to 10 years' imprisonment...
