This appeal concerns the alleged misjoinder of criminal charges arising from three separate incidents. The defendant, Ricardo "Ricky" Hernandez (defendant), was charged with a variety of criminal offenses after his encounters with three women on the streets of Providence in December 1995 and January 1996.
