After a formal hearing, the Complaint Tribunal of the Court found attorney Henrietta Sweeney guilty of violating several rules of the Mississippi Rules of Professional Conduct and suspended her from the practice of law for one year. The Bar appeals and requests that the Court review the sanctions and determine if the punishment was too lenient in light of Sweeney's misconduct.
