The principal issue before us is whether an accommodation for a disabled employee is reasonable if it is granted after an unreasonable delay. In other words, is an accommodation delayed, an accommodation denied? Holding that it was not, the Circuit Court for Montgomery County dismissed the disability discrimination complaint of appellant Susan Cohen, a disabled Montgomery County employee, for failing to allege a cause of action against her employer...
