[¶ 1] Diva's, Inc., appeals from the judgment of the District Court (Bangor, Russell, J.) in which the court concluded that Diva's had violated two provisions of the Bangor Land Use Code related to nude entertainment and therefore ordered Diva's to pay a fine of $2000 and enjoined Diva's from presenting any nude entertainment in violation of the Code.
