¶ 1. Leann and Daniel Gregory were granted a divorce by the Pontotoc County Chancery Court. Mrs. Gregory appeals, alleging error in granting a divorce to her husband based on her alleged habitually cruel and inhuman treatment as opposed to basing the divorce on her husband's alleged adultery, in permitting her husband to have unrestricted visitation with their son, and in requiring her to pay attorney's fees.
