PER CURIAM.

A.W., adjudicated delinquent upon his violation of probation, appeals the disposition order on grounds that the trial court erred in committing him to a high-risk residential facility which was a departure from the Department of Juvenile Justice's ("DJJ") recommendation. Because we find the trial court's departure was not supported by the evidence, we reverse and remand.
