Cathy Thayer ("Thayer") was employed at Lafayette Clinic, Inc. at which Dr. Michael OrRico ("OrRico"), a psychologist, maintained his professional practice. While she was employed at the Clinic, Thayer sought OrRico's advice concerning problems she was having with her children and her marriage. In 1999, Thayer and her husband filed a complaint against OrRico in Tippecanoe Superior...
