DeKalb Genetics Corporation ("DeKalb") appealed the fraudulent inducement, trade secret misappropriation, and patent infringement jury verdicts in favor of Rhône-Poulenc Agro, S.A. ("RPA"), as well as the award of punitive damages and several related post-trial rulings made by the district court.
