¶ 1 In this appeal, we are asked to decide whether the trial court erred when it granted summary judgment to Clyda Harris ("insured") and denied summary judgment to Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company ("insurer"). We are constrained to vacate the summary judgment entered in favor of insured and grant summary judgment in favor of insurer based on our supreme court's recent decisions in Prudential Property & Cas.
