Glenn Brady appeals the trial court's grant of partial summary judgment in favor of Allstate Indemnity Company ("Allstate"). On appeal, Brady raises three issues for our review,1 which we consolidate and restate as: whether the trial court erred in granting summary judgment on Brady's claims of bad faith and punitive damages because it found that there is no genuine issue of material fact as to whether...
