This appeal arises out of the building of a new Wray Ford dealership on Benton Road in Bossier City. Defendants Wray Ford, Inc. ("Wray Ford") and Wray Enterprises, LLC ("Wray Enterprises") filed an Application for Writ of Certiorari or Review in this court requesting review of the trial court's denials of motions for summary judgment filed by them.
