A Clarke County jury, finding that Glenn Chapman maliciously prosecuted an aggravated assault charge against Trapp Williams, returned a $10,000 verdict against Chapman, and a judgment was entered accordingly. Before us is Chapman's appeal which presents the following issues: (1) whether the verdict of the jury is contrary to the overwhelming weight of the evidence, (2) whether the court erred in admitting a videotape into evidence...
