STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Joseph Mark Cox appeals his sentence entered after he pleaded guilty to resisting law enforcement and attempted residential entry, and in a separate but joined proceeding, he pleaded guilty to theft. This appeal is directed solely to the sentence Cox received for resisting law enforcement and attempted residential entry.1
