Currently before the Court is Plaintiff's Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order and a Preliminary Injunction (tab # 3) pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 65 (West 2003). Plaintiff seeks an injunction from the Court ordering the Bureau of Prisons to withdraw their order, which denied Plaintiff a transfer to a halfway-house on or about August 15, 2003. In support of his motion, Plaintiff proffers three statutory and three constitutional violations...
