The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (together, PUC) have filed an application for summary relief (Application) in connection with two petitions for review, one filed by PPL Energyplus, LLC (PPL) and one filed by Delmarva Power & Light Company t/a Conectiv Energy (Conectiv).
