¶ 1. Eddie Capnord, indicted for murder, entered a plea of guilty to the lesser offense of manslaughter as a part of a plea agreement reached between Capnord and the prosecuting attorney's office. Capnord was sentenced to a term of twenty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
