PER CURIAM.

The computation of so-called "good-time credit" when an inmate is serving consecutive sentences is the focus of this declaratory-judgment and injunctive-relief action. The defendants are Ashbel T. Wall, II, director of the Rhode Island Department of Corrections (DOC); James Weeden, warden; and Frederick Habien, a correctional officer in the Office of Records and Identification (hereinafter collectively referred to as the defendants)....
