Nomo Research, Inc. [Nomo] seeks to reverse an adverse final summary judgment. We reverse.

Nomo, a distributor of sun screen products, bought customized plastic tube containers from CCL Plastic Packaging, Inc. [CCL], a component manufacturer of containers and labels.
