BENDER, J.

¶ 1 Alonzo Robert Boyd (Appellant) appeals from the order denying his petition filed under the Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA), 42 Pa.C.S. §§ 9541-9546. Appellant makes several allegations of error. After review, we conclude that counsel did render ineffective assistance. And for the following reasons, we affirm in part and reverse in part.
