[¶ 1] As is required by the Maine Constitution, the 121st Maine Legislature undertook the reapportionment of the House of Representatives in January 2003. Ultimately, a reapportionment plan was approved by the House and the Senate and was signed into law by Governor John E. Baldacci on April 15, 2003.
