In this personal injury action, the Plaintiffs were vacationing at the Richard Cabins when a fire severely injured them. An uncapped valve on a propane gas line caused the accident. The Defendant, EmpireGas (Empire), a propane gas dealer, had serviced the Cabins years before the fire. It was not the provider at the time of the fire.
