This is an appeal from a summary judgment denying appellant's petition for writ of prohibition in which he sought to prevent the Jupiter Town Council from reconsidering its approval of a permit application. The trial court determined that the Town had authority to reconsider its decision within the time permitted for an appeal from the agency's original order.
