OPINION PER CURIAM:

¶ 1 Appellants, Moira A. and Gerald S. Berg, were the unsuccessful plaintiffs in an equity action filed against appellees, and appellant Barry S. Yaches was their attorney.1 They bring this appeal2 from an order of the trial court assessing counsel fees against them under 42 Pa.C.S. § 2503. We are constrained to reverse the order of the trial court.
