This action for injunctive relief seeks to have the Georgia law requiring DNA sampling of all convicted felons declared unconstitutional. The case is currently before the Court on Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. 37] and Plaintiff-Intervenors' Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. 40].
