This case was brought to trial on Appellant Tesh's allegation that Appellee United States Postal Service (USPS), his former employer, discriminated against him in violation of the Rehabilitation Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 707-797b. Specifically, Appellant alleged that USPS terminated him because of his disability (injury to both knees) and failed to accommodate him by not meeting his physician's job...
