This is an appeal from a bankruptcy court order denying a motion to set aside final default judgment entered against Defendants D. Omar Valdez ("Valdez") and Worldstar Communications Corporation ("Worldstar"). The district court affirmed the bankruptcy court's denial, and it is from these orders that Valdez appeals.
