In these cases consolidated for purposes of decision, Defendants-Appellants Jose Juan Lora-Solano and Nicholas Cortez-Cruz appeal their convictions for possession with intent to distribute controlled substances in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) following entry of conditional pleas preserving their rights to appeal the district court's denial of their motions to suppress.
