John Stephen Bracknell appeals the circuit court's summary denial of his Rule 32, Ala.R.Crim.P., petition for post-conviction relief, in which he attacked his convictions in 2000 for two counts of sodomy in the first degree and six counts of sexual abuse in the first degree. He was sentenced to 25 years' imprisonment for each of the sodomy convictions and to 10 years' imprisonment for each of the sexual-abuse convictions; those sentences were to run concurrently...
