{¶ 1} This is an appeal of appellant Kenneth Brown Jr.'s sentence in the Columbiana County Court of Common Pleas arising from a guilty plea to one count of complicity in felonious assault. Appellant argues that the court delayed almost three years before sentencing him and that this delay divested the court of jurisdiction to render a sentence.
