This case comes to us on direct appeal from a criminal conviction, forfeiture, and sentencing. Defendant-appellant John Robert Hasson ("Hasson") was convicted of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, wire fraud, conspiracy to launder money, and conspiracy to obstruct justice.
