Mark I. Veal pled guilty to one count of transporting or shipping child pornography by computer, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(1), and he was sentenced to 41 months' imprisonment. As a special condition of supervised release, the district court required that Veal register with the State Sexual Offender Registration Agency in any state where he resides, visits or is employed, carries on a vocation, or is a student.
