Defendant-Appellant Donald E. Norris pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). In so doing, Mr. Norris reserved his right to appeal the district court's order denying his motion to dismiss his indictment for lack of a qualifying conviction.
