The Plaintiff, Insurance Company of the State of Pennsylvania (ICSP), requests this court to grant its writ application. It asserts that the trial court should have granted its motion for summary judgment instead of improperly creating a disputed issue of material fact when the Defendants' admissions prove none exists.
