THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendant Highlands Ford Sales's Partial Motion to Dismiss, filed February 14, 2002 [Doc. No. 60]. The Court, having considered the motion, briefs, relevant law and being otherwise fully informed, finds that Defendant's motion is not well-taken and will be DENIED.
