Agnes M. Cordova pled guilty to distribution, and possession with intent to distribute, crack cocaine. At sentencing, the district court departed downward fifteen levels from the United States Sentencing Guidelines ("Guidelines") range of 46-57 months' imprisonment, and sentenced her to time served in jail (4 days) and 5 years of supervised release.
